Working Student, Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing our online store (Shopify): updating products, modifying content, and ensuring everything remains tidy and up-to-date.

• Aid in the planning and execution of email campaigns and newsletters (Klaviyo), including audience segmentation and performance assessment.

• Support coordination of Meta ads – providing briefing assistance, drafting copy, and conducting basic performance monitoring.

• Help organize brand events and partnerships – from the planning phase to on-site assistance.

• Collaborate on influencer and gifting coordination in conjunction with our Social Media Manager.

• Generate reports and analyses to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Assist with general marketing activities – whatever tasks arise during the week, you will contribute to their execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant area (Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field suitable for the role).

• Inquisitive, proactive, and adaptable to a work environment without a fixed routine each day.

• Possess analytical skills with a structured, goal-driven approach, able to handle multiple small tasks without losing focus.

• Genuine interest in digital marketing as well as in tangible aspects such as events, products, and people.

• Proficient in both German and English (as we operate in both languages daily).

• Keen attention to detail and quality – able to spot inconsistencies or errors in presentation or text.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, or Canva is advantageous, though a willingness to learn is more important than having a specific toolset.
