This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Plan and facilitate training sessions and onboarding events.
• Assist in the development of innovative initiatives within People Development.
• Regularly update and manage the HR intranet.
• Implement contemporary trends and technologies in HR, particularly focusing on artificial intelligence.
• Currently enrolled at a German university in an advanced bachelor's program or at the onset of a master's program with coursework relevant to HR (e.g., business psychology).
• Preferably, some experience in personnel development or the HR sector through internships, university projects, or similar endeavors.
• Familiarity with standard HR software is a plus.
• Genuine interest and availability for a long-term commitment (minimum of 1 year).
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Capable of working independently and self-organizing, including in a remote setting.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken German and English.

• In-depth, practical experience in the operations of a predominantly virtual organization.
