This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the subject matter authority and the primary liaison for all employee relations issues.
• Oversee and document workplace investigations.
• Handle the complete process of terminations.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance enhancement strategies.
• Navigate intricate employee scenarios that involve conflict.
• Assist with organizational design and planning efforts.
• Partner with the Talent team for recruitment and onboarding assistance as necessary.
• 5–7 years of advanced HR Business Partner experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline (preferred).
• CPHR and/or SHRM certification is advantageous.
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to enhance HR operations.
• Strong and current understanding of Canadian employment legislation.
• Established experience in managing complicated employee relations cases.
