This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee the HR tutors and People Operations sector, managing everything from the initial contact with applicants to the comprehensive support of our tutors.
• You will assist in the recruitment process for our tutors, which includes screening, pre-selection, scheduling, and maintaining communication with applicants.
• You will conduct selection interviews in both one-on-one and group settings.
• You will aid in onboarding and ensure that new tutors are guided smoothly into their roles.
• You will be the go-to person for any organizational inquiries from our tutors.
• You will play a role in tutor marketing, focusing particularly on job postings and outreach to candidates on relevant platforms.
• You will prepare contracts, certificates, and references using our established templates.
• You will assist in matching tutors with students, considering their profiles, subjects, and personalities.
• You will engage in our automation and digitalization initiatives, working on process optimization, tool utilization, and reporting.
• You will actively contribute to team meetings, where proactive thinking is highly encouraged.
• You must be pursuing university studies throughout the entire internship period (either mandatory or voluntary).
• Proficiency in German at a C2 level is required — you must communicate clearly, precisely, and appropriately for your audience.
• A demonstrated interest in HR, People, and Organization, encompassing both communicative and analytical elements.
• Reliability and meticulous attention to detail are essential: you will ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and with thorough documentation.
• A willingness to learn and a positive attitude: your goal is to understand processes rather than merely execute tasks.
• Integrity and sound judgment: you will address issues head-on, take responsibility for your work, and uphold ethical standards even when unsupervised.
• You will have genuine responsibilities from day one, without shadowing or trivial tasks. You will be an integral part of the operational team and see tangible results from your contributions.
• You will gain insights into the entire company, observing the interactions between HR, Operations, and Business, and learn how decisions are made in practice.
