People Integration – Strategic Projects Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of essential HR strategies and priorities, in close partnership with the Chief People Officer.

• Create high-quality documents to aid in decision-making (including presentations, summaries, analyses, and talking points).

• Monitor the progress of key initiatives and ensure transparency and alignment among stakeholders.

• Facilitate coordination and follow-ups on strategic projects (without taking on complete project management duties).

• Aid in the integration of People-related activities following acquisitions, emphasizing cultural alignment and employee experience.

• Help in mapping and harmonizing HR procedures, policies, and practices across various entities.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and operational teams to ensure seamless employee transitions.

• Contribute to efforts that enhance organizational culture, engagement, and operational methodologies.

• Assist with cultural diagnostics and the formulation of targeted action plans. Help create clear, structured, and engaging communication materials.

• Support the alignment of People data and the harmonization of systems.

• Contribute to reporting, insights, and analyses to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of documentation and deliverables.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related area.

• Up to 3 years of experience in HR.

• Familiarity with M&A or post-merger integration is a plus (experience in an organization that underwent an acquisition or merger).

• Basic knowledge of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle (including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance management, development, and offboarding).

• Experience in international and multi-entity settings.

• Experience in organizational culture, transformation, and change enablement is highly preferred.
