This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Leverage your perspective as a student to contribute to the development of a learning product that effectively aids business students.

• Assist in creating a product that aligns with the authentic experience of studying business administration.

• Identify the challenges students face and understand the shortcomings of existing resources.

• Design tasks, case studies, and learning formats that are relevant to exams and easy to comprehend.

• Test, assess, and refine initial prototypes.

• Transform vague ideas into clear, actionable concepts.

• Collaborate directly with the founders on content, concepts, and strategic planning.

• You are not an ordinary working student.

• You take initiative and do not wait for tasks to be delegated; you actively identify areas where assistance is essential.

• You are currently pursuing a degree in a business-related field, such as Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL), Business Law, Business Informatics, or a related area.

• You focus on solutions instead of just tasks.

• You have the ability to simplify complex topics without misrepresenting them.

• You are enthusiastic about experimenting, even with unfinished projects.
