Chief of Staff – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic implementation of priorities for the finance super app.

• Establish and oversee the operational rhythm, including OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.

• Facilitate coordination among key workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.

• Create succinct decision memos, board and leadership materials, execution plans, and performance evaluations.

• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies to prevent serious obstacles.

• Assist leadership in making more informed trade-offs regarding personnel, capital, product, and market priorities.

• Take ownership of special projects that demand senior-level judgment and cross-functional authority.

• Proven operator with a track record of driving strategic execution across teams.

• Exceptional judgment, communication, prioritization, and follow-through abilities.

• Experience collaborating with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with minimal guidance.

• Ability to transition from high-level strategy to detailed execution while maintaining quality.

• Strong skills in writing, business analysis, and problem-solving.

• Background in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion is highly advantageous.
