Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives from start to finish — transform ambiguous, high-priority directives from the CEO and CFO into concrete outcomes.

• Manage the executive operating rhythm — oversee leadership meetings, planning cycles, OKRs/goals, and ensure follow-through on decisions and action items.

• Summarize and present — condense information from various departments into clear, decision-ready materials for the CEO and CFO.

• Facilitate cross-functional coordination — align engineering, product, GTM, and partnerships; proactively identify and address cross-team dependencies before they escalate.

• Assist with finance and corporate workstreams — collaborate with the CFO on materials for the board, investors, and partners: including analysis, modeling, and narratives that withstand institutional scrutiny.

• Serve as a trusted representative — stand in for the CEO and CFO in meetings and workstreams, managing confidential matters with discretion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar field (strategy, corporate development, or other high-rigor roles) — this is an essential requirement.

• An MBA is preferred, although not mandatory.

• A structured problem-solver, equally adept with financial models, operational processes, and tough discussions.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you simplify complex concepts.

• High agency, low ego — you accomplish tasks without relying on formal authority and manage sensitive information with care.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Singapore, with the ability to travel between the three hubs.
