📋 Description

• Lead transformative, 0-to-1 initiatives that support the vision for 2028.

• Act as a reliable liaison for critical partners, donors, and stakeholders.

• Manage the organization's operational cadence and ensure decisions are executed.

• Minimum of 5+ years in a Chief of Staff, operations, or strategic role.

• Proven experience in developing new programs, products, or partnerships from the ground up.

• Ability to excel in situations with high uncertainty.

• Excellent external communication capabilities.

• High productivity demonstrated across various areas.

• Outstanding communicator with a keen sense of judgment regarding individuals and priorities.

• Must be available to work within a US timezone.
