📋 Description

• Oversee the capital and operational budget management

• Monitor value realization and return on investment (ROI)

• Create materials suitable for executive presentations

• Collaborate on annual and mid-year strategic planning processes

• Conduct talent assessments and calibration sessions

• Act as a liaison with fellow Chiefs of Staff

• Identify and eliminate obstacles for initiatives

• A decade of comprehensive business experience

• Strong expertise in financial matters

• Proven track record in managing structured processes

• Outstanding written communication abilities

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed environment

• Knowledge of a product-centric work approach

• Experience in the healthcare or insurance sectors is preferred

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA or master's degree in a quantitative or business discipline is preferred
