Working Student – Digital Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist our project managers with daily operations and take on early responsibilities for clearly defined segments of our digital projects.

• You will gain firsthand experience in coordinating complex client projects and progressively enhance your understanding of professional project management.

• You will aid in the planning and coordination of digital projects, helping to create timelines, roadmaps, and basic backlogs.

• You will prepare for meetings, document outcomes, and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.

• You will manage communication with internal teams and assist in effectively translating information between clients, developers, and designers.

• You will help generate reports and, in collaboration with the team, monitor progress, deadlines, and outstanding items.

• You will proactively identify ambiguities or bottlenecks early on and bring them to the team's attention.

• You will contribute to quality assurance and support the timely and accurate delivery of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program related to business, media, computer science, or a similar field, ideally with some practical experience in digital projects, such as through internships, student jobs, or personal projects.

• You possess a solid foundational understanding of digital products, processes, and technologies and are eager to further develop this knowledge through everyday project work.

• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner, can prioritize tasks, and maintain an overview while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• You communicate clearly and professionally, engage with others openly, and can confidently operate both in client-facing situations and within a team.

• At the same time, you are resilient and can remain effective during dynamic project phases.

• Ideally, you have some initial exposure to project management methodologies or tools like Jira or Confluence and are eager to advance quickly in this area.

• You have excellent German language skills (at least C1) and can communicate effectively in English.

• You enjoy collaboration, direct coordination, and a clear, solution-oriented approach to work.
