Team Lead, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop your team members, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and sustainable skill-building.

• Manage and take responsibility for your own client projects as a project manager (both traditional and agile).

• Establish and enhance project management standards, methods, and best practices within the organization.

• Act as a catalyst for new topics, trends, and optimizations in project management, both internally and for clients.

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to strategically advance the project management area.

• Promote a high standard of quality in projects, deliverables, and internal processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for project management and a solid understanding of the “big picture.”

• Several years of experience in project and/or process management (preferably in IT/Transformation).

• Initial leadership experience and a clear self-perception as a coach and mentor.

• Proficient in classical and agile methods, as well as common tools (MS365, Jira, Confluence).

• High quality standards and a structured, self-reliant working style.

• Excellent communication skills along with proficiency in German and English.
