This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Become a part of our team as a Project Manager Associate Director – Contribute to Innovation at the Cutting Edge
• You will act as the Project Lead and the main point of contact for sponsors
• You will be responsible for the comprehensive delivery of the project (quality, time, cost) on behalf of the organization
• You will set and convey customer expectations to the project team, guiding the cross-functional team to meet or surpass deliverables
• Acts as the primary liaison between the sponsor and the organization at the project level
• Ensures that escalation pathways are followed both internally and externally (Rules of Engagement – communication pathways)
• For projects requiring it, ensures clear division of responsibilities and communication channels for secondary project leads
• Maintains financial oversight at the project level by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the contract, aligning resources to budget, managing Out of Scope activities, driving the Con Mod process/negotiations, and ensuring team execution adheres to timelines
• Establishes, communicates, and manages the sponsor relationship to achieve optimal project delivery
• Facilitates Risk Identification and Issue Resolution at the project level (RBQM/RESOLVE)
• Ensures that the project team complies with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
• Previous experience that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (approximately 8+ years)
• Experience in Neuroscience studies, particularly in the indicated areas
• Technical and systems proficiency, including effective use of software and applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with organizational systems (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity)
• Ability to delegate tasks and effectively prioritize personal and project team workloads in a constantly evolving environment
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances
• Advanced knowledge of therapeutic areas and clinical development guidelines and regulations
• Solid understanding of key project management principles (time, quality, cost), including strong financial acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional project teams
• Good judgment and decision-making skills, capable of applying critical and analytical thinking to navigate complex or ambiguous situations
• Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence others, with an awareness of cross-cultural dynamics
