Senior Project Manager, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of intricate and strategic projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, budgets, and anticipated business outcomes.

• Serve as the main point of accountability for the success of the project, which includes customer satisfaction and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire engagement process.

• Lead program governance efforts, which encompass status reporting, risk and issue management, and communication at the executive level.

• Manage all financial components of assigned projects, including forecasting, revenue tracking, margin management, and change control.

• Actively identify risks and dependencies, implementing strategies to mitigate them and ensure successful project delivery.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams from Professional Services, Product, Support, and Partners to guarantee smooth execution.

• Ensure compliance with delivery methodologies, standards, and best practices while contributing to their ongoing enhancement.

• Facilitate revenue growth through effective milestone management and disciplined execution.

• Work closely with Sales, Service Engagement, and Pre-Sales teams to assist in project scoping, planning, and transitioning into delivery.

• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and customer focus throughout engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT or Professional Services project management.

• A proven history of successfully delivering complex, large-scale customer projects with full financial responsibility.

• Extensive experience managing enterprise customers and engaging with executive stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and contact center technologies.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
