This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Develop data tools for warehouse teams: Create, implement, and sustain user-friendly dashboards and data visualizations that offer local operations teams clear insights into essential efficiency and quality metrics.
• Establish operational metrics: Formulate and standardize new operational and quality metrics to effectively measure and enhance in-warehouse repair performance on a global scale.
• Offer ad-hoc analytical assistance: Serve as the primary analytical partner for Repair Operations, swiftly addressing ad-hoc data inquiries to support real-time decision-making.
• Track trends and highlight issues: Proactively observe operational data trends and present risks or inefficiencies early to leadership, accompanied by clear recommendations.
• Propel global operational enhancement: Leverage data insights to pinpoint bottlenecks and lead initiatives aimed at optimizing repair, tool, and space utilization across global warehouses.
• Collaborate across functions: Connect technical and non-technical teams, working closely with local operations leaders, frontline mechanics, data scientists, and product managers.
• Manage and influence stakeholders: Independently conduct presentations and create comprehensive documentation to sway senior operational leaders across various regions.
• 2+ years of experience in driving operational and efficiency enhancements through data insights within a large, global operations organization.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, coupled with advanced data visualization capabilities using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Mastery of advanced Google Sheets/Excel formulas for data manipulation, rapid prototype development, and quick ad-hoc analysis.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating comfort in collaborating with individuals ranging from frontline warehouse mechanics to data scientists, product managers, and senior leaders.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to detect anomalies in operational trends and alert leadership to emerging issues promptly.
• Optimism and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment, balancing immediate operational troubleshooting with long-term data strategy.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related operational field is preferred.
• Previous experience specifically optimizing warehouse, logistics, or repair/remanufacturing operations is preferred.
• Prior experience in a high-velocity, hyper-growth tech or transportation/micro-mobility environment is preferred.
