This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Engage with our developer community on platforms such as GitHub, Discord, and others by responding to inquiries, collecting feedback, and encouraging discussions.
β’ Develop technical content including tutorials, how-to guides, blog articles, and code samples that assist developers in getting started with Rhesis AI.
β’ Contribute to our open-source expansion by enhancing documentation, managing issue triage, and facilitating the onboarding process for new contributors.
β’ Assist in organizing and promoting developer events, such as our EvalOps Unfiltered meetup series in Berlin.
β’ Observe developer interactions across social media platforms (e.g., Reddit) and communities to pinpoint trends, challenges, and opportunities.
β’ Partner with our engineering team to convert developer feedback into actionable insights for product improvement.
β’ Must currently be enrolled at a German university (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung required) and residing in Germany.
β’ Pursuing a degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
β’ Possess a genuine interest in developer tools, open-source software, and the AI/LLM ecosystem.
β’ Ability to articulate technical subjects clearly in writing.
β’ While not required to be an expert coder, you should be comfortable interpreting code and understanding developer workflows.
β’ Active participation in online communities (GitHub, Reddit, Hacker News, Discord, etc.) with insight into what motivates developers.
β’ Demonstrate a proactive, self-organized approach and enjoy working at the crossroads of technology and community.
β’ Proficient in English communication.
β’ Bonus: Experience with Python, contributions to open-source projects, or knowledge of LLM tooling is a plus.
