This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Managing support inquiries from end customers (first-level support)
• Recording support requests
• Keeping track of communication histories
• Overseeing open issues (tickets) until they are fully resolved
• Excellent, service-oriented communication skills
• Passion for bicycles
• Ability to work independently, with a structured and goal-driven approach
• Technical knowledge is a plus
• Team-oriented attitude
• Proficiency in German and English
• Possibility of remote work
