This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage a significant volume of live chats and phone calls.
• Assess and understand customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver precise, valid, and thorough information.
• Address complaints, offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations and engage them effectively.
• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
• **Fluency in English and Italian is essential for collaboration with overseas partners and stakeholders.**
• **Availability to work on weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.**
• Proficient in using IT tools for professional purposes and capable of addressing somewhat technical inquiries from customers.
• Excellent written communication skills and an attentive listener.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
• Knowledge in the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector is a significant advantage.
• Multilingual skills are a substantial asset.
