• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to identify recruitment requirements.
• Craft and publish job advertisements on various platforms.

• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
• Evaluate applications and prepare comprehensive interview reports.
• Present leading candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Oversee candidate follow-up throughout the recruitment journey.
• Participate in the development of talent attraction strategies.
• Prepare hiring documentation and manage administrative follow-up.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
• Ensure employee records and HR tools are regularly updated.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to guarantee their satisfaction.
• Assist in addressing specific issues related to employees or clients.
• Background in recruitment, human resources, or customer service.
• Proficient in French with a solid understanding of English.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and professional social networks.
• Comfortable using technology and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication abilities with various stakeholders (candidates, employees, and clients).
• Meticulous file management and tracking of performance metrics.
