This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Ongoing education about the product and its various domains (POS, Cashless, Box Office, etc.), in addition to understanding the specifics of each market, promoter, and venue.
• Proactive engagement in managing relationships with promoters and venues to enhance their experience with the platform.
• Agile and effective utilization of both internal and external tools (Slack, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Aircall, Notion, etc.) to ensure adherence to the department's service level agreements (SLAs).
• Conducting analysis and optimization of client configurations to identify bottlenecks and enhance performance as well as the end-user experience.
• Maintaining clear and documented internal communication to ensure proper escalation of incidents and seamless continuity between shifts.
• Actively collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to report bugs, propose enhancements, and facilitate product development.
• Precisely identifying customer needs and implementing effective, straightforward, and scalable solutions.
• 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in Customer Support or Customer Success roles, preferably within SaaS or B2B technology sectors.
• Proficiency in English along with a strong aptitude for acquiring additional languages.
• A degree in Communication, Business Administration (ADE), Tourism, or Marketing, or relevant experience in technical support.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (4x3x2), including weekends and holidays.
