This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, LINE, and Facebook (via Zendesk), offering assistance on products, services, and pricing.
• Create and follow up on quotes for standard print jobs, facilitating the customer's decision-making process when they're ready to proceed.
• Address objections (price, timing, specifications) constructively, identifying solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.
• Resolve product or service complaints by clarifying issues, determining the cause, explaining optimal solutions, and ensuring follow-up until resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments (Production, Logistics, Finance) regarding complaints and special requests through our complaints dashboard, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Identify recurring issues and potential commercial opportunities to management, enabling us to enhance the customer experience over time.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Thai and English.
• Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and adaptable to various customer styles.
• Comfortable with the commercial aspects of customer service — providing quotes clearly, following up as necessary, and confidently discussing pricing or terms.
• Strong process orientation and reliability — you fulfill commitments on time and consistently.
• A service-oriented mindset combined with quick thinking and sound judgment under pressure.
• Experience in managing complaints, dealing with frustrated customers, and handling 'no' or silence without taking it personally; maintaining professionalism and recovering swiftly.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
