This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Oversee comprehensive customer interactions (via phone, email, and chat) concerning online orders.
• Manage delivery tracking, returns, refunds, payment inquiries, and shipping investigations.
• Review and process data related to orders and business requests.
• Collaborate with couriers, financial institutions, and internal teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to PCI and GDPR policies.
• Analyze and resolve intricate cases, escalating issues when necessary.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of customer experience and team performance.
• Near-native proficiency in Dutch and proficient in English (B2 or higher) – both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and precision.
• Capability to work autonomously and make confident decisions.
• Comfortable managing sensitive and confidential information.
• KPI-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
• Team-oriented individual who values collaboration and accountability.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP or back-office tools.
• Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus.
• Daily meal allowance of €7.
