Working Student – Customer Service Agent

📋 Description

• Act as the primary external contact for clients through email, chat, phone, and social media platforms

• Oversee and engage with the community on various social media channels

• Provide customers with customized solutions

• Collaborate closely with the team to enhance operational processes

• Perform assessments and analyses to elevate service quality

• Proficient in both written and spoken German

• Good proficiency in English

• Ability to work independently and reliably

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous

• Must be enrolled in a university or college (Bachelor's or Master's program)
