This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email, ensuring effective, professional, and compassionate communication across our top-tier product offerings.

• Examine and resolve customer concerns, including billing inquiries, utilizing sound judgment to discern when to handle matters independently and when to escalate.

• Accurately maintain and update customer accounts in our proprietary internal systems and CRM software with meticulous attention to detail.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and internal stakeholders to provide prompt resolutions and a seamless customer experience.

• Engage in team initiatives by offering feedback, mentoring new team members, and actively participating in ongoing improvement efforts.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in a multi-channel support environment.

• Employs structured thinking to independently resolve customer issues and recognizes when escalation is necessary.

• Exhibits outstanding verbal and written communication skills; approachable, personable, and capable of quickly building trust while de-escalating challenging situations.

• Actively supports teammates, fosters stable working relationships, and contributes to team objectives.

• Seeks opportunities to mentor others, share insights, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, skilled at managing and prioritizing tasks while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), with an emphasis on Excel.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems is preferred.
