This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide an outstanding experience for our clients by effectively resolving issues.
• Offer proactive assistance to ensure customers maximize the benefits of our product.
• Act as a trusted representative for customers, fostering positive interactions that contribute to long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work closely with design and development teams to enhance processes, workflows, and product experiences based on customer insights and requirements.
• Develop solutions that improve usability, optimize operations, and elevate the overall customer journey.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree (BS/BA); Associate degree (AA/AS) considered with 4 – 8 years of relevant military experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of military aviation experience is required, including roles such as Pilot, Enlisted Aviator, or Aviation Resource Management.
• Strong knowledge of aviation operations, workflows, and customer support in a military or operational setting.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting operational or mission-critical systems is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
