This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries through incoming messages.

• Guide customers in using the music streaming platform effectively.

• Resolve technical issues encountered by users.

• Ensure customers enjoy an optimal listening experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Chinese and English.

• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.

• Background in managing inbound messaging.

• Skilled in handling multiple chats simultaneously.

• Must possess a dedicated laptop or desktop PC.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM is required.


🏝️ Benefits

• Daily production hours from 9 AM to 10 PM.

• 40 hours per week commitment required for orientation.
