This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and deliver precise solutions.
• Efficiently process orders, amendments, and returns.
• Refer unresolved issues to senior staff when necessary.
• Provide insights to enhance customer service processes.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Capacity to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote environment.
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup are essential.
• Previous experience in a call center or remote support role is advantageous.
• Required Equipment:
• A laptop or desktop computer (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) running Windows 11 or newer.
• Hardwired internet connection (ethernet) is mandatory.
• USB headset (not wireless) with noise-canceling features is required.
• A webcam (either external or integrated) is necessary.
• Minimum internet speeds for remote work programs are 50 mbps download and 25 mbps upload.
