This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Address client inquiries through live chat, email, and phone in a prompt and professional manner.
β’ Provide assistance to Chinese-speaking clients during UK and Canada operating hours.
β’ Ensure high-quality support during evening shifts, meeting service-level agreements and response-time goals.
β’ Assist clients with account opening, verification, funding, and withdrawal procedures.
β’ Guide clients in using MT4, MT5, and the MultiBank-Plus platform.
β’ Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal team and follow up until resolution.
β’ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and contribute to enhancements of the knowledge base.
β’ Adhere to all compliance, KYC, and data-protection regulations.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with Cantonese being an advantage.
β’ A client-centric approach, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
β’ Comfortable providing support via live chat, email, and phone.
β’ Must be eligible to work remotely from the designated location.
β’ Preferably has experience in customer support within the Forex, fintech, brokerage, online trading, or financial services sectors.
