πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Address client inquiries through live chat, email, and phone in a prompt and professional manner.

β€’ Provide assistance to Chinese-speaking clients during UK and Canada operating hours.

β€’ Ensure high-quality support during evening shifts, meeting service-level agreements and response-time goals.

β€’ Assist clients with account opening, verification, funding, and withdrawal procedures.

β€’ Guide clients in using MT4, MT5, and the MultiBank-Plus platform.

β€’ Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal team and follow up until resolution.

β€’ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and contribute to enhancements of the knowledge base.

β€’ Adhere to all compliance, KYC, and data-protection regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

β€’ Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with Cantonese being an advantage.

β€’ A client-centric approach, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.

β€’ Comfortable providing support via live chat, email, and phone.

β€’ Must be eligible to work remotely from the designated location.

β€’ Preferably has experience in customer support within the Forex, fintech, brokerage, online trading, or financial services sectors.
