This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the team.
• Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and document suggestions for enhancements.
• Cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and welcoming community.
• Embody the SOL spirit in every customer interaction and nurture long-lasting enthusiasm.
• Assist customers with empathy, positivity, and poise in various situations.
• Collaborate closely with the Pack Team to meet customer needs.
• Manage customer inquiries multiple times a week and adapt working hours flexibly.
• Contribute to additional SOL team tasks with enthusiasm, expertise, and ability.
• A friendly and empathetic demeanor towards customers and the community.
• A pleasant, respectful, and open disposition.
• An independent, organized, and methodical approach to work.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in German at a native level.
• Availability for a minimum of 12 hours per week.
