
Working Student Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will assist executive management in decision-making by analyzing issues, clearly structuring content, and contributing to the execution of strategic initiatives.
β’ You will play a role in the ongoing development of FELSEN Steuerberatung as an organization, which involves assessing existing processes, roles, and workflows, as well as aiding in the design of more efficient structures and clear responsibilities.
β’ You will participate in company-wide projects and, depending on your experience, independently manage subprojects or specific work packages. Your role will include supporting coordination, documentation, scheduling, and tracking results.
β’ You will help prepare information in a clear and comprehensible manner for management, the team, and external partners. Assistance with presentations, decision papers, meeting minutes, and internal communications will be part of your responsibilities.
β’ You will analyze organizational and operational queries, work with KPIs, conduct research, and gather qualitative insights to formulate initial recommendations. You will learn to prioritize and bring structure to complex topics.
β’ You will adopt a solution-oriented mindset, asking questions, challenging existing processes, and contributing your own ideas.
β’ You will purposefully use the working-student role as a learning environment: seeking feedback, developing both professionally and personally, and gradually taking on more responsibility β with the vision of a continued role post-graduation.
β’ Currently enrolled in a business school (e.g., Business Administration, Management), pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally nearing graduation.
β’ Some practical experience in a business context (e.g., internships, working-student positions, projects, start-ups, or consulting), preferably with a focus on organization, strategy, operations, or corporate development.
β’ A keen interest in and understanding of entrepreneurship.
β’ Basic knowledge of business relationships, organizational structures, and business processes.
β’ An interest in tax consulting, finance, and the development of efficient, scalable organizations.
β’ Excellent German language skills (C1βC2) and proficient English skills, both written and spoken.
β’ Direct collaboration with executive management and in-depth insights into all areas of the company.
β’ Active participation in shaping the organizational development of FELS Steuerberatung.
