This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will establish a nationwide network of corporate partners for our retraining internships, working independently with a structured approach and a focused objective on securing deals.
• You will identify suitable companies in a targeted region that can serve as internship partners for our future IT professionals, evaluating them by industry and compatibility, while prioritizing your outreach efforts autonomously.
• You will take the initiative to engage decision-makers, articulating our retraining model clearly, and guiding discussions towards a successful conclusion.
• Market research & qualification: You will perform location-specific research to find companies in the targeted area that could act as internship partners, assessing them based on industry, size, and suitability (e.g., possession of a trainer certificate/AEVO).
• First contact & outreach: You will independently prioritize your outreach based on company qualifications, proactively contacting stakeholders via phone (cold calling). Additionally, you will communicate through email or LinkedIn in a clear, purposeful, and professional manner.
• Data maintenance & reporting: You will manage your contacts and outcomes in the CRM, develop a robust partner pipeline by location, and provide regular feedback on effective strategies and areas for improvement.
• Ideally, you possess initial work experience in sales, promotion, call center operations, business development, or a similar role.
• A fundamental affinity for the tech industry and IT job profiles is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a start-up or dynamic environment is an advantage.
• You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written (C2 level).
• You demonstrate ownership of your responsibilities and drive them forward independently.
• You value goal-oriented and structured work, paying attention to detail and being well-organized.
• Availability: You are an enrolled student who can consistently support us with up to 20 hours per week.
