Junior Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Proactively monitor and evaluate operational KPIs.

• Consistently collaborate with stakeholders to assess performance data.

• Establish both short-term and long-term enhancement strategies.

• Execute identified solutions by coordinating internal resources effectively.

• Assume full responsibility for a variety of projects.

• Act as the primary liaison for local Operations teams and other departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Operations.

• Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.

• Quick to adapt, possessing a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work independently.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Proficient in MS-Excel and Google Sheets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
