This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential sellers to the platform.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to onboarding and activation.
• Conduct consultative discussions to understand partner needs while effectively positioning the platform.
• Assist sellers through the onboarding process and ensure successful go-live within tight deadlines.
• Foster early-stage partner growth by identifying opportunities to enhance GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
• Evaluate seller potential and long-term compatibility within the platform ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless onboarding and growth experience.
• Achieve and surpass KPIs related to acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, BDR/SDR, Account Management, or Sales.
• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or technology environments.
• Demonstrated experience beyond cold outreach, including pitching, onboarding, or expanding client accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and influence client success.
• Proficient in German (C1+) and strong English skills (mandatory).
