Working Student – Bid & Tender Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee public tenders and funding programs, identifying pertinent opportunities.

• Conduct research on funding, market trends, and competitive intelligence, presenting findings in a format ready for decision-making.

• Maintain tender, funding, and knowledge hubs utilizing Notion.

• Assist with bids, including the initial evaluation of tender documents, drafting surveys and preliminary drafts, and managing deadlines and action items.

• Ensure the delivery of accurate, complete, and timely information.

• Manage documentation and uphold high data quality within central systems.

• Collaborate closely with the individual responsible for bids.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a relevant degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Health Economics/Management, Public Management, (Business) Law, or Philosophy).

• Strong research and analytical capabilities, complemented by a structured and self-directed work ethic.

• Proven experience utilizing these skills in a working student position or internship.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, self-driven, dedicated, and highly quality-focused.

• Critical thinker with a meticulous approach to reviewing personal work.

• Proficient German language skills (C1).

• Good command of English (B2).

• Familiarity with Notion or similar tools, along with a basic understanding of AI tools (preferred).

• Interest in healthcare, the public sector, procurement, and funding (advantageous).
