This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients through ongoing telemedicine services.

• Provide treatment for clients aged 14 and older.

• Prescribe medication as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized care plans.

• Complete and/or administer relevant paperwork and assessment tools for clients.

• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines diligently.

• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services across various locations.

• Deliver care to a diverse clientele facing conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more.

• Complete in-house training for ADHD treatment followed by a certification exam.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification - Board Certification is required.

• A Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state is mandatory.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is advantageous.

• A minimum of three years of experience is preferred.

• At least one year of experience in psychiatry practice is required.

• Candidates must be licensed and reside in New York, as this is the state of practice.

• Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a certification exam, is required.

• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and older is essential.

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.

• This position does not qualify for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.
