Open Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Exhibit comprehensive understanding of clients’ plan provisions and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment.

• Support participants utilizing a concierge service model and manage inquiries from start to finish.

• Deliver exceptional, proactive service while addressing inbound inquiries promptly.

• Keep participants informed about their status throughout the process.

• Ensure an optimal experience for participants when handling inquiries from beginning to end.

• Oversee daily open and new cases.

• Collaborate with employees, retirement providers, insurance companies, and client services via conference calls.

• Record and update participant account details in the case management system.

• Comprehensive knowledge of clients’ plan provisions and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Demonstrated sense of ownership.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Availability from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST.

• Potential requirement to work one Saturday during the contract period (October 31).

• No time off permitted during the training period.

• Proficiency in accurately documenting and updating participant account information in the case management system in a timely manner.
