Open Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Exhibit comprehensive understanding of clients' plan details and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment.

• Support participants through a concierge service approach, resolving most inquiries from start to finish.

• Deliver exceptional, proactive service and address inbound inquiries promptly.

• Keep participants informed of their status throughout the entire process.

• Ensure a superior participant experience by effectively managing inquiries from beginning to end.

• Handle both open and new cases on a daily basis.

• Collaborate with employees, retirement providers, insurance companies, and/or client services via conference calls.

• Accurately document and update participant account information in the case management system.

• In-depth understanding of clients' plan details and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Demonstrated sense of ownership.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Availability from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled within this timeframe.

• Potential requirement to work one Saturday during the contract duration.

• Must be able to complete the entire training period with no time off permitted during training.
