This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Generate, organize, and devise marketing strategies for multiple social media platforms.

• Assist client teams with a variety of projects, including Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing & Reporting, and Content Editing.

• Support the MOONBASE team in internal initiatives related to the growth of the agency.

⛳️ Requirements

• You should have completed at least the 3rd semester of your Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, design, or a related field, or be currently pursuing a Master’s/MBA.

• Proficiency in business-fluent German is mandatory.

• Strong spoken and written English skills are advantageous.

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Slides, Excel, and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

• Stay updated on social trends and demonstrate the ability to adapt and evolve.

• Possess a keen eye for creating high-performing and viral social media content.

• Understanding of the German influencer landscape, along with basic knowledge of influencer marketing best practices and relevant KPIs.

• A solid academic record and pertinent practical work experience in related industries are essential.

• Must be available for part-time work (20 hours per week) for a minimum of 6 months.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are required.

• Capability to take initiative and work independently, balanced with effective teamwork, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

• High organizational skills – comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
