Working Student Academy Operations – Management, Research, Coordination

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and preparation of educational materials such as slides, workbooks, and summaries.

• Conduct research on subjects related to AI, technology, and professional development.

• Prepare presentations for training sessions, workshops, and internal meetings.

• Ensure content quality and accuracy.

• Serve as a liaison among the academy team, instructors, career coaches, participants, and internal departments.

• Plan and monitor appointments, deadlines, and program workflows.

• Organize and follow up on training sessions, including materials, tools, and participant communications.

• Assist with coaching and the integration of participants following their successful completion of programs.

• Support participants in setting personal and professional goals.

• Contribute to speaker sessions and learning formats, while creating content and materials.

• Research potential practice partners and assist in designing efficient participant support processes.

• Proficient in PowerPoint or Google Slides.

• Capable of transforming a rough briefing into a polished presentation.

• Passionate about research and content-driven tasks.

• Ability to explore topics deeply and extract essential insights.

• Agile and practical problem-solving skills when priorities shift.

• Interest in adult education, professional development, or learning design (preferred).

• Familiarity with AI tools for research and content creation, such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gamma (preferred).

• Knowledge of tools like Notion, Coda, Miro, Asana, or similar applications (preferred).

• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders at once (preferred).
