Workfront Programming Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical design planning, solution development, and execution of key initiatives.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues while coordinating development efforts.

• Design, develop, test, debug, and document Project Management systems along with their supporting services.

• Decompose business requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring high-quality delivery throughout the development lifecycle.

• Convert business needs into scalable solutions utilizing WorkFront, Fusion, and other Global PM tools.

• Drive the creation of robust and sustainable technical solutions that are aligned with strategic goals.

• Conduct code reviews leveraging best practices, peer evaluations, and automated tools.

• Transform legacy processes into efficient solutions.

• Collaborate with DBAs to establish and maintain data persistence platforms.

• Analyze requirements and contribute to the ongoing improvement of codebases.

• Adhere to SDLC processes, departmental protocols, and coding standards.

• Diagnose application issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.

• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, support teams, and vendors.

• Mentor team members in technology, processes, and soft skills.

• Update senior leadership on progress, risks, and challenges.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workfront Fusion developer, encompassing tool development, enhancements, and data management.

• Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Professional Certification is required.

• Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in core development, including foundational system logic, integrations, and scalable technical solutions.

• Preferred: A minimum of 3 years of experience creating coding scripts and engaging with APIs and webhooks.

• Strong expertise in managing and analyzing data across various systems.

• Proficient in effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Self-driven, innovative, and technically savvy.

• Technical proficiency in Oracle SQL, Python, Java, Spotfire or other data visualization tools, and Power BI.
