Workfront Programming Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee technical design planning, solution development, and execution for major projects.

• Provide guidance and support to colleagues while coordinating development efforts.

• Design, develop, test, debug, and document Project Management systems and related services.

• Decompose business requirements into actionable tasks and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the development lifecycle.

• Convert business needs into scalable solutions utilizing WorkFront, Fusion, and other Global PM tools.

• Drive the development of robust, sustainable technical solutions that align with strategic goals.

• Conduct code reviews employing best practices, peer assessments, and automated tools.

• Transform legacy processes into efficient, future-ready solutions.

• Collaborate with DBAs to create and maintain data persistence platforms.

• Perform requirements analysis and contribute to ongoing codebase enhancements.

• Adhere to SDLC processes, departmental protocols, and coding standards.

• Diagnose application issues, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions.

• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, support teams, and vendors.

• Mentor team members on technology, processes, and interpersonal skills.

• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.

• Execute additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• B.Tech in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workfront Fusion developer, encompassing tool development, enhancements, and data management.

• Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Professional Certification.

• At least 5 years of experience in core development, including foundational system logic, integrations, and scalable technical solutions (preferred).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing coding scripts and working with APIs and webhooks (preferred).

• Strong expertise in managing and analyzing data across various systems.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Self-driven, innovative, and technically proficient.

• Technical proficiency in Oracle SQL, Python, Java, Spotfire or other data visualization tools, and Power BI.
