Workforce Planning Advisor

📋 Description

• Lead high-impact consulting projects for enterprise clients by aligning advanced workforce planning technology with key business strategies.

• Establish and standardize consulting delivery frameworks to enhance consistency in service delivery.

• Oversee cross-organizational delivery teams to guarantee timely, high-quality implementation and stabilization after go-live.

• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineering teams throughout the sales cycle to suggest effective delivery methodologies.

• Integrate insights from the field, customer use cases, and market trends in workforce transformation to guide internal product roadmaps.

• Act as the trusted advisory representative in customer engagements, fostering long-term stakeholder alignment and promoting product adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in implementing HR/Workforce solutions or leading Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) advisory projects in medium to large enterprises (2,000+ employees).

• A strong perspective on contemporary Strategic Workforce Planning practices.

• Practical experience in leading workforce transformation initiatives, particularly addressing the effects of AI, automation, and skills gap analysis.

• Extensive knowledge of core HR functions, talent management processes, and HR data analytics.

• Proven success in facilitating executive workshops and managing intricate change management initiatives.

• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with the capacity to travel up to 25% of the time, mainly within the EMEA region.
