Workforce Management System Consultant – UKG, Dayforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage in the deployment and setup of Workforce Management solutions such as UKG, Dayforce, and various other WFM platforms.

• Assist in comprehensive implementation activities, including gathering requirements, system configuration, testing, and support during go-live.

• Collect business requirements and convert them into system configurations and functional solutions.

• Set up Workforce Management modules like Timekeeping, Accruals, Personas, and Business Structure.

• Contribute to the documentation of requirements, functional design, and testing efforts.

• Diagnose system and integration-related problems throughout the implementation and testing stages.

• Collaborate within a project team across several workstreams, working alongside project managers, consultants, and technical teams.

• Handle multiple client projects simultaneously in a consulting setting.

• Offer best practice recommendations and functional advice to clients.

• Take part in client meetings, workshops, and implementation discussions.

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and engage in continuous training and certification programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in implementing or supporting Workforce Management or Time & Attendance systems.

• Familiarity with Workforce Management platforms such as UKG, Dayforce, ADP, Infor WFM, Workforce Software, or equivalent systems.

• Experience in system configuration, testing, and support during go-live for Workforce Management implementations.

• Proficiency in configuring modules like Timekeeping, Accruals, Personas, or Business Structure.

• Client-facing implementation or consulting experience is essential.

• Proven experience leading a module, workstream, or segment of an implementation.

• Capability to work within a project team across various workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• A self-motivated individual capable of working independently and adapting to evolving project requirements.

• Willingness to engage in product training and certification programs.

• Nice to Have: Experience in a consulting or professional services environment; Vendor certification (UKG, Dayforce, ADP, etc.); Experience with North American clients; Knowledge in supporting integrations or troubleshooting system issues; Experience in mentoring junior consultants.
