Workforce Management Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Construct and uphold WFM models for both short-term and long-term planning.

• Create and implement an operating model to foster engagement between the WFM & P capability and operational teams.

• Serve as a strategic leader to develop and enhance the WFM&P capability, eventually scaling for transactional tasks.

• Offer thought leadership to identify and anticipate the essential workforce requirements needed to execute strategic business objectives.

• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Transformation, and Analytics to optimize resource allocation and improve margins.

• Design and roll out a comprehensive strategic workforce planning roadmap that effectively aligns industry best practices with the current talent landscape.

• Act as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert in all workforce planning endeavors across Operations.

• Regularly evaluate existing workforce plans to ensure alignment with practical business needs and demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional teams in crafting alternative strategies.

• Direct and facilitate workforce planning initiatives, including but not limited to, identifying critical roles/capabilities, sourcing and location strategies, environmental scanning, gap analysis, risk assessment, and action planning.

• Utilize a thorough understanding of external macro-economic factors and human capital data and trends that could impact future organizational structures and workforce composition.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten years’ experience in workforce management and planning for large transaction or call center operations.

• At least five years of experience leading a workforce management function.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing workforce models across various domains within healthcare operations.

• Proven track record of leveraging analytics applied to models to enhance workforce model precision and accuracy.
