This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a global IAM cybersecurity team.
• Act as the product owner for Workforce IAM, creating roadmaps that align with cybersecurity and technology objectives, business needs, regulatory requirements, operational stability, and the reduction of cyber risks.
• Enhance IAM platforms and processes.
• Oversee IAM change management, incident management, problem management, release management, escalation processes, on-call duties, root cause analysis, remediation efforts, hypercare, and lessons-learned initiatives.
• Elevate service quality by meeting or surpassing SLAs, implementing ticket triage, automation, thorough documentation, runbooks, peer reviews, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Direct IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) governance, entitlement audits, compliance evidence, audit responses, and control enhancements in accordance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Manage joiner, mover, leaver, and both human and non-human identity lifecycle processes.
• Propel automation and modernization of WIAM workflows, including provisioning, deprovisioning, certifications, application onboarding, and access controls.
• Establish and report on OKRs and KPIs.
• Manage vendor partnerships, budgets, costs, and delivery results.
• 8 years of demonstrated experience leading global IT or cybersecurity teams with responsibility for service delivery, operational excellence, and ongoing improvement.
• Extensive experience in Workforce IAM encompassing governance, lifecycle management, access management, certifications, authentication, directory services, and related controls.
• Familiarity with SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, HashiCorp, and related IAM technologies.
• Capability to translate business, risk, audit, compliance, and operational needs into effective IAM controls, roadmaps, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery models, including prioritization, requirements gathering, backlog management, and project execution.
• Strong service-oriented mindset with a track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, policies, standards, procedures, compliance evidence, and measurable IAM results.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or technology-specific credentials in SailPoint, Microsoft, security, or identity technologies.
