This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.
• Collaborate with business leaders to formulate and refine workforce and talent strategies that align with business priorities and performance objectives.
• Maintain an anticipatory perspective on the workforce for designated areas, pinpointing emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Evaluate workforce structure, capacity, and skills, identifying avenues to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Construct scenario models to examine workforce alternatives and aid decision-making for near- and mid-term horizons.
• Adapt enterprise workforce frameworks into practical applications suited to the business context.
• Extract insights from workforce data and diagnostics, translating complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Counsel leaders on the workforce implications of hiring decisions, restructuring, and capability requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Workforce Analytics, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation to ensure alignment of data, assumptions, and decisions.
• Encourage consistent and disciplined utilization of workforce tools and methodologies.
• Create clear materials that present workforce insights in a manner that aids leader decision-making.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in addressing complex business challenges and driving strategy-to-execution within intricate organizations.
• Background in roles such as product management, operations, business line leadership, marketing, management consulting, strategy, or FP&A.
• Proven experience collaborating with senior leaders on workforce or operating-model decisions.
• Strong analytical skills, encompassing workforce analytics, forecasting, scenario modeling, and interpretation of external labor market trends.
• Capability to influence without authority and establish credibility and alignment across functions and business units utilizing both empirical and qualitative data.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; experience in developing materials for senior leadership.
• Experience in modernizing or enhancing workforce or planning methodologies using data, automation, or contemporary tools.
• Solid understanding of business and financial concepts, including workforce economics, productivity drivers, and cost trade-offs.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity while advising leaders on complex, future-oriented decisions.
• High levels of intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Workday is advantageous.
• Familiarity with organizational design, capacity planning, and strategic workforce planning is a plus.
