This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate technical workshops for clients, which encompass education, conceptual designs, functional consumption plans, and pre-sales consulting subjects.
• Take ownership of solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale projects.
• Recognize cross-practice opportunities spanning networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering.
• Collaborate with Client Solution Architects to ensure alignment of practices and outline execution pathways.
• Partner with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to create and validate solution designs, BOMs, and SOWs.
• Act as a technical escalation point during advanced stages of the sales cycle.
• Oversee and support professional services engagements.
• Develop, maintain, and conduct demos in Myriad360 and partner lab environments.
• Mentor Client Solution Architects and engineers on solution design, discovery, and consultative selling techniques.
• Create reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources.
• Represent Myriad360 in senior-level client discussions, workshops, and technical briefings.
• Identify and escalate security risks while assisting in remediation efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must reside and be based in the United States.
• 7–10 years of experience in virtualization solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, and/or customer engineering roles.
• Relevant OEM certifications (current VCF 9 certifications) are strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation 9.x or its components is preferred.
• Proven success in designing and selling non-VMware solutions such as Nutanix is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and selling vSphere Kubernetes Service and/or other Kubernetes platforms is preferred.
• Proven success in designing and selling datacenter compute, storage, and/or data protection (DR, backup, replication) solutions is desired.
• Advanced consultative discovery skills with a proven track record of guiding client decision-making processes.
• Ability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles.
• Strong eagerness to learn new technologies beyond your current expertise.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% may be required.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and adhere to company policies.
• Identify and escalate security risks and contribute to remediation efforts.
