Microsoft Dynamics Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical design and development of solutions for Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Customer Engagement.

• Assist in the migration from Genesys to Microsoft contact center, covering requirements, fit-gap analysis, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.

• Create solutions tailored for various call centers, queues, agents, customer interactions, and business units.

• Assess when to implement standard Dynamics 365 features as opposed to customization or integration.

• Develop plugins, custom APIs, workflows, and client-side customizations for Dynamics 365.

• Configure Dataverse, including forms, views, business rules, workflows, dashboards, and security settings.

• Create solutions utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Program C#/.NET plugins, custom APIs, workflows, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Fx, and PCF controls.

• Design integrations leveraging REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and custom connectors.

• Facilitate data migration, including mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.

• Implement Dynamics 365/Power Platform ALM, DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment practices utilizing Azure DevOps and Git.

• Create secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions while troubleshooting intricate production issues.

• Offer technical leadership, engage in architecture/code reviews, and mentor fellow developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or enterprise CRM development.

• Proven experience in leading or contributing to comprehensive Dynamics 365 implementations.

• Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Customer Engagement and Dataverse.

• Proficient development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Power Fx.

• Familiarity with plugins, custom APIs, workflows, client-side customization, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Strong grasp of Azure integration services, REST APIs, security protocols, and enterprise architecture.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD processes, and Dynamics 365 ALM.

• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
