Workflow Specialists Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and empower the AWS team to assist and guide the sales force in showcasing value propositions through exceptional demonstrations, application support, and product expertise to increase revenue.

• Contribute to account development by accelerating customer onboarding and fostering positive customer advocacy.

• Provide Market Intelligence: insights on market trends, new applications, technologies, analysis workflows, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.

• Assist in the creation of targeted application notes.

• Help translate the strategy at the EMEA regional level into actionable steps.

• Monitor the execution of action plans and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.

• Proactively facilitate the development of direct reports and associates through meaningful career discussions and effective development plans.

• Support the integration of new hires through well-structured immersion plans alongside training and mentoring initiatives.

• Actively engage and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to promote team engagement and cultivate an inclusive culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the field of Life Science microscopy.

• In-depth knowledge of 3D imaging solutions and image analysis.

• Experience in Biopharma and Biotech environments.

• Fluent/native German with excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

• First-hand experience with applied microscopy solutions is a plus.

• Sales aptitude and knowledge of sales or proven sales experience is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel – 50%.
