Country Manager – Mexico & the Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the legal, operational, and commercial setup of Astrafy in Mexico.

• Discover, engage, and secure initial customers in Mexico and the wider Americas region.

• Manage all aspects from strategic planning and sales to daily administrative challenges.

• Represent Astrafy in the region, fostering relationships with local technology communities, partners, and the Google Cloud ecosystem.

• Assist in attracting, hiring, and onboarding the next generation of local talent as the organization expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.

• Demonstrated experience or a strong passion for building ventures from the ground up.

• A genuine enthusiasm for the cloud ecosystem—particularly for Google Cloud Platform (GCP)—is a significant advantage.

• Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently across different time zones.
